Role Overview
AI Designer / Creative Technologist at RISE Enterprise. The role creates finished content using generative AI tools, combining design expertise with command of AI image, video and audio tools to produce campaign visuals, social content and concept work to Creative Director standard. The role also establishes the Studio's AI workflows and trains colleagues.
Role Purpose
To design and produce finished creative assets that blend generative AI tools with conventional design craft, while establishing AI workflows and standards that enable the broader creative team to work efficiently within strict governance on AI use.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation with AI
- Design and produce finished creative assets using generative AI tools combined with conventional design, including campaign visuals, social media content, backgrounds, environments, seasonal and event materials, and motion or short video pieces.
- Compose AI-generated environments and elements with photographed food, products and interiors to ensure every asset is accurate to what guests will experience.
- Apply brand guidelines and typography to every AI-assisted asset to the same standard required of the Designers.
Concept and Visualization
- Produce concept visuals, mood boards and mock-ups for campaigns, menus, installations and new outlets so that direction can be agreed before production spend.
- Visualize shoot concepts for the Photographer / Videographer and Creative Director in advance of shoots.
Adaptation and Workflow
- Adapt approved master assets across channel formats, sizes, languages and outlets using AI-assisted and automated workflows; deliver complete asset sets to the Digital Marketers and outlets.
- Build prompts, templates and automations that shorten routine production for the whole Studio and document them for reuse.
Standards and Capability
- Apply the Group's AI standards: no generated food or dishes, no generated likenesses of real people without consent, disclosure where required, and rights-cleared tools only.
- Evaluate tools, recommend licenses and train the Designers and Photographer / Videographer in approved workflows.
- Keep a record of prompts, models and sources for every published AI-assisted asset.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of professional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating both conventional design work (layout, typography, brand) and finished content created with generative AI tools.
- Expert hands-on command of current generative image and video tools including Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Kling or equivalent, including prompt engineering, style consistency, inpainting and upscaling.
- Understanding of copyright, model licensing and disclosure considerations for AI-generated content.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Motion or video editing capability.
- Scripting or automation experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
