AI & Data Analyst at Technip Energies, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, reporting directly to the Head of the Department.

Role Purpose

Support digital transformation initiatives through advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and business intelligence solutions. Extract insights from complex datasets, develop predictive models, build dashboards, and enable data-driven decision-making across engineering, operations, and business functions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Management

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop and optimize data models, data pipelines, and ETL processes.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance standards are maintained.

Analytics & Reporting

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Perform predictive, prescriptive, and statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Modeling & AI Development

• Design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI models to solve business problems.
• Support the implementation of Generative AI and automation initiatives using modern AI platforms.

Automation & Tools

• Utilize Python, SQL, and data analytics tools to automate data processing workflows.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, presentations, and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning roles.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience in Machine Learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Experience in developing predictive models, dashboards, and data visualization solutions.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Microsoft Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Data Analytics are an advantage.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is preferred.
