Role Purpose

Support organizations in adopting AI and digital technologies through strategic change management and stakeholder engagement, enabling teams to understand and effectively use new tools and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Facilitate stakeholder management across organizations undergoing AI adoption.
• Deliver presentations and training sessions to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with key stakeholders throughout transformation initiatives.

Change Management & Adoption

• Lead AI adoption programs using established Change Management methodologies.
• Develop and execute change strategies aligned with organizational goals and technology implementations.
• Support technology adoption initiatives for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, and Digital Workplace technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8–15 years of experience in Change Management, Digital Transformation, Technology Adoption, Learning & Development, or Consulting.
• Good understanding of Change Management methodologies (ADKAR/Prosci).
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, Power Platform, or Digital Workplace technologies.
• Fluent Arabic and English (Mandatory).
• Based in the UAE or available to relocate/work in the UAE.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and training skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.
• Prosci certification (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, or Viva.
• Experience with Generative AI and AI adoption programs.
• UAE government/public sector exposure (advantageous).
