Company Overview

Sealy Mattress Middle East operates a state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, supplying premium bedding products to retail consumers and world-class luxury hospitality groups. The company is scaling digital operations by integrating smart technology and automated solutions.

Role Purpose

Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of AI models, automation scripts, and digital customer assistants across the organization. Bridge data architecture, IT infrastructure including the Odoo ERP environment, and daily business applications spanning production, sales, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

• Deploy, configure, and maintain local AI models, machine learning pipelines, and predictive analytics tools designed for demand forecasting and inventory tracking.

Customer & Sales Automation

• Manage and enhance the conversational algorithms of Sealy's Automated Assistant to improve product matching for customers.

ERP Integration

• Partner with the internal IT team to integrate AI-generated analytics, automated data entries, and reporting dashboards directly into the company's core ERP software.

Data Governance & Management

• Maintain master data integrity, ensuring secure and clean pipelines for machine learning training loops.

Performance Monitoring

• Track system response latency, log errors, and build performance reports.
• Escalate foundational code issues to external technical partners.

Internal Training

• Draft technical documentation and user guides to guide non-technical department heads on leveraging AI productivity tools.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical hands-on experience in system administration, database management, or software workflows with a distinct focus on AI deployment and script automation.
• Practical experience managing NLP models, automated recommendation engines, or chatbots.
• Familiarity with data scrubbing, CSV imports, and connecting APIs to ERP systems.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong documentation skills.
• Fluent technical English.

Additional Information

• Must currently reside in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with a valid, transferable Iqama.
• Open strictly to Egyptian, Indian, or Pakistani nationals.
• On-site work at the Jeddah factory and corporate offices.
