Role Purpose

Act as a hands-on expert and trainer delivering structured workshops and real-world guidance to upskill the internal Salesforce team of developers, architects, and product leaders in designing, building, and implementing AI-driven Salesforce solutions powered by Agentforce. Shape how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI-first operating models.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Workshops

• Deliver monthly hands-on workshops for Salesforce developers and architects.
• Train teams on Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to influence senior teams.

Solution Design & Implementation

• Support the design and build of real-world AI use cases, including AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents, Customer Service / Support agents, and Onboarding and operations agents.
• Guide teams on prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows.
• Translate business requirements into AI-driven use cases.
• Review and improve existing implementations and use cases.

Strategy & Advisory

• Provide advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments.
• Help define internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
• Provide involvement in solution design and strategic initiatives.

Capability Development

• Enable teams to design and build Agentforce-powered AI agents.
• Enable teams to implement end-to-end intelligent workflows across Salesforce.
• Guide teams to shift from traditional development to AI-first solution architecture.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience working with Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents).
• Demonstrated experience building multiple AI agents end-to-end.
• Strong background as a Salesforce Consultant / Architect.
• Hands-on delivery of AI use cases including sales automation / SDR agents, customer service automation, and workflow automation using AI.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Deep understanding of AI-driven workflows and automation.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
