Role Purpose

The BD Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing affiliate partnerships across MENA to drive user acquisition and expand the OKX platform in the region through proactive engagement with crypto partners, influencers, and high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

• Proactively identify and develop affiliates with communities and relationships consisting of high-net-worth (HNW) clients and professional traders
• Manage and enhance relationships with HNW clients in MENA, maintaining frequent contact and building partnerships with influencers for user acquisition
• Devise creative ways to identify potential affiliates and key opinion leaders (KOLs) and acquire users

Marketing & Campaigns

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns with influencers, KOLs, or media channels
• Expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand

Qualifications & Experience

• Solid experience in cryptocurrency, finance, foreign exchange (FX), or related sectors, with a proven track record of building large affiliate networks from start to finish
• Experience in business development or affiliate management
• Solid connections in the MENA region with high-net-worth clients and professional traders

Skills & Competencies

• Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of fundamental affiliate customer acquisition KPIs and optimization methods to improve performance through data analysis and segmentation
• Fluent in English and Arabic (required)
• Experience working across time zones and cross-cultural teams (preferred)
• Passionate about blockchain technology and the crypto payments space (preferred)
