Role Overview

Aesthetician – Spa Operations at Wynn Al Marjan Island, located in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. The resort opens in 2027.

Company Overview

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality aesthetic and skincare treatments to resort guests while maintaining Forbes Five Star standards, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and supporting the broader spa operations and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

• Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and other skincare services.
• Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, techniques, and product innovations.

Operations & Standards

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five Star standards are delivered.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Guest Experience

• Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional environment for all guests.
• Upsell spa services and retail products to enhance the guest experience.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with the Spa team to support daily operations and special events.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics or Cosmetology from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license as per local regulations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a spa, salon, or wellness center.
• Experience with luxury spa brands or five-star hospitality environments.
• Knowledge of holistic and wellness treatments.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of skincare products and techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
