Role Purpose

To contribute to the design, analysis, and development of aircraft systems and components on cutting-edge aerospace projects while supporting cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement in engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development

• Assist in the design and development of aircraft structures, systems, and components using CAD software.
• Conduct aerodynamic and structural analyses using specialized engineering software.

Technical Documentation and Compliance

• Participate in the creation and review of technical documentation and reports.
• Support the implementation of aviation industry standards and regulations in project work.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical presentations.

Process Improvement and Innovation

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
• Participate in research and development activities to drive innovation in aerospace engineering.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or a closely related field.
• UAE National with Family Book.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in CAD software such as CATIA or SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of MATLAB or similar engineering software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of aerodynamics, aircraft structures, and propulsion systems.
• Familiarity with aviation industry standards and regulations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
