Role Overview

AE - EPMO Lead at Group AMANA. This is a strategic leadership position within the AE - Digital Platforms & EPMO department, responsible for leading the EPMO team and driving digital initiatives across the organization.

Role Purpose

Lead the EPMO team to ensure successful project management practices, drive digital initiatives, and optimize project delivery processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead and manage the EPMO team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
• Mentor and develop EPMO team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Establish strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Strategy & Best Practices

• Develop and implement EPMO best practices and standards, ensuring alignment with industry trends and digital transformation goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and project management methodologies.
• Oversee project portfolio management, including prioritization, resource allocation, and risk assessment.

Project Delivery & Execution

• Facilitate project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide constructive feedback to project teams, identifying areas for improvement.
• Implement project management tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of projects with business operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives and a deep understanding of technology trends.
