Role Purpose
Oversee all construction activities and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining adherence to specifications, codes, and standards, and managing team performance toward project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve issues as they arise.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and standards.
Operations & Coordination
- Oversee all construction activities and operations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental policies.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
- Prepare and present progress reports and updates.
People Management
- Issue clear instructions and goals to the project team in accordance with the project plan, schedules, specifications, and allocated resources.
- Delegate duties and responsibilities to project team members.
- Track progress toward successful achievement of assigned duties.
- Set goals and objectives for division and subordinates.
- Track progress of subordinates toward successful achievement of objectives.
