Role Purpose

Deliver safe, engaging outdoor adventure park experiences by instructing guests on adventure activities, managing safety protocols, supervising participants, and maintaining park facilities and equipment to the highest safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Guest Engagement

• Introduce and instruct clients on the safe use of safety equipment and adventure park activities.
• Teach guests new skills to safely enjoy outdoor adventure sports such as climbing wall, rope courses and zip line.
• Provide briefings and safety instructions to all participants.
• Provide assistance to clients where appropriate.

Safety & Supervision

• Fit harnesses safely and correctly.
• Maintain constant supervision of clients on the courses.
• Check that safety devices are properly attached.
• Ensure clients use courses as instructed.
• Retrieve clients from the course using ladders and technical climbing equipment.
• Support rescue operations when needed.

Maintenance & Operations

• Paint safety cables.
• Tighten platforms or adjust activities.
• Prune or conduct landscaping.
• Perform basic gear maintenance.
• Ensure satisfactory customer service and safety in day-to-day operations.
• Work outdoors as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience and expertise as an Adventure Park Specialist.
• Rope course or zip line experience required.
• Not afraid of heights.
• Basic experience in rock climbing or ropes (not essential).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current internationally recognized First Aid/CPR Certification required.
