Role Purpose

Provide efficient administrative support to Six Senses Southern Dunes operations while upholding brand vision, values and service standards. Safeguard the pillars of Sustainability, Wellness and Out of the Ordinary experiences and ensure full knowledge and active participation in all brand initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Visitor & Caller Management

• Greet visitors and callers and handle their inquiries.
• Direct visitors and callers to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

Office Operations

• Operate office equipment.
• Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence and other material.

Documentation & Communications

• Compose, type and distribute meeting notes.
• Compose, type and distribute routine correspondence and reports.

Standards & Compliance

• Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation.
• Maintain and exceed performance benchmarks.
• Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
• Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 1 year secretarial experience at a resort, hotel or similar setting.
• Hospitality diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• English language is preferred.
