Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality instruction in Management courses, assess student learning, develop instructional resources, and foster an inclusive classroom environment that promotes managerial competencies and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Course Delivery

• Deliver high-quality instruction in a range of Management courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
• Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.
• Incorporate innovative teaching methods, case studies, and real-world applications to enhance course delivery.

Student Assessment & Support

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop managerial competencies, leadership skills, and professional growth.

Course & Materials Development

• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.

Classroom & Community Engagement

• Foster an inclusive, respectful, and culturally sensitive classroom environment.
• Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Doctorate in Management; exceptional candidates with a Master's degree and extensive, directly relevant professional experience will also be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of academic or industry experience in the field of Management.
• Fluency in English; excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant professional certifications welcomed.
