Role Purpose

Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Economics courses, drawing on professional industry experience to ensure alignment with course objectives, active student engagement, and practical workplace application.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Course Development

• Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate Economics courses, ensuring alignment with course objectives and active student engagement.
• Develop, organize, and update instructional resources, syllabi, and teaching materials.
• Design innovative and practice-oriented course materials and adapt to evolving teaching methodologies.

Practical Integration

• Share current industry practices, professional standards, and workplace experiences.
• Integrate practical applications, business cases, simulations, and emerging industry trends into classroom learning.

Student Assessment & Development

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support learning.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop economics competencies and professional growth.

Collaboration & Community

• Promote effective collaboration with colleagues and build productive relationships within the university and broader community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Minimum of five years of relevant professional or industry experience; previous teaching experience is welcome but not essential.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong commitment to ethical and professional practice.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
