Role Overview

Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) offers internship and employment opportunities for UAE National candidates across a range of academic backgrounds and disciplines. The organisation operates recruitment and internship selection cycles throughout the year.

Through its internship and graduate recruitment cycles, ADIA aims to identify and develop high-potential UAE Nationals for long-term careers within the organisation.

Role Purpose

ADIA seeks to identify and develop high-potential UAE National candidates for internship placements and full-time graduate employment across the organisation, subject to organisational needs and cycle timelines.

Recruitment Cycles

Graduate Employment

• Apply in the Spring Recruitment Cycle for candidates graduating in Spring or Summer, with application deadline of 1 February of graduation year.
• Apply in the Fall Recruitment Cycle for candidates graduating in Fall, with application deadline of 6 July of graduation year.

Internship Selection

• Apply in the Spring Internship Cycle for junior and senior university students seeking internships during Summer or Fall (May–December), with application deadline of 1 January of the same year.
• Apply in the Fall Internship Cycle for junior and senior university students seeking internships during winter and spring academic terms (January–April), with application deadline of 1 June of the previous year.

Selection Process

• Submit your candidate profile for review for potential internship and/or full-time employment opportunities.
• Participate in assessments and interviews where applicable, if shortlisted.
• Note that if you miss a cycle deadline, your application will automatically be considered for the next available recruitment or internship cycle.
• Understand that candidates who have successfully completed an internship with ADIA are not required to reapply; profiles are automatically transitioned and considered under the graduate recruitment pipeline.

Application Requirements

Required Documents

• Clear, legible colour copy (PDF format) of CV, including graduation or expected graduation date (Month, Year).
• Personal photograph in line with UAE National ID requirements.
• Passport copy including unified number page, downloaded from the UAEICP App.
• Emirates ID (both sides), downloaded from the UAEICP App.
• Family Book (Family Information page showing family sequence number and city code), downloaded from the UAEICP App.
• University transcripts (official copies preferred).
• High school transcripts for Grades 10, 11, and 12 including all standardised assessments (IGCSE, A-levels, IB transcript, AP Exam Certificates).
• IELTS certificate (if available).
• Certificate of Equivalence (if applicable for graduates of international institutions).
