Role Purpose
Apply specialist knowledge in performing and reviewing specific processes and procedures within and across departments to support achievement of divisional and corporate goals. Participate in and lead the design, development, and implementation of processes within area of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Account Management
- Lead account sales execution and relationship management.
- Influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
Process and Strategy
- Review specific processes and procedures within and across departments.
- Design, develop, and implement processes within area of expertise.
Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Deliver presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
- Build and maintain professional networks.
