Senior Business Development Manager at Travelport, based in UAE, leading business development across Bangladesh and Nepal.

Role Purpose

Lead and grow business across Bangladesh and Nepal through OTA partnerships, strategic account management, and market expansion. Drive revenue growth, develop commercial strategies, strengthen relationships with key travel industry partners, and identify new business opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Growth

• Lead business development activities across Bangladesh and Nepal.
• Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market share expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the region.

Relationship Management

• Manage and grow relationships with OTAs, travel agencies, consolidators, and airline partners.
• Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.
• Strengthen relationships with OTAs, airlines, and travel agencies.

Strategy & Commercial Development

• Develop and execute regional commercial and sales strategies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in business development or sales within the travel industry.
• Strong expertise in OTA management and strategic account development.
• Good understanding of airline distribution, GDS, and travel technology.
• Proven track record in achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Experience within Bangladesh and Nepal markets preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Stakeholder management capability.
