Account Manager-Hospitality Services

Role Overview

Account Manager – Hospitality Services at Transguard Group, Manpower Solutions team, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.

Role Purpose

Manage allocated customer accounts in line with commercial agreements, ensuring 100% client retention, account growth, and end-to-end service delivery. Act as the single point of contact for every client across all business divisions, coordinating with operations, finance, payroll, HR Services, recruitment, and all levels within the client organization to maintain profitability and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

• Manage team structure and develop as required to ensure operations run smoothly and within budget.
• Drive contract profitability through understanding of key performance indicators on each contract.
• Own organic growth and new business opportunities.

Customer Relationships

• Develop strong working relationships with clients and hold regular client meetings to ensure smooth contract running.
• Resolve staff issues together with relevant departments, including salary discrepancies, emergency leave, reallocation of staff to other contracts, and accidents.
• Drive operational excellence across assigned accounts, providing clients with exceptional service and delivery.

Process & Performance

• Own client Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) performance.
• Plan mobilization of staff according to agreed timescales with the client and manage proactive off-hires.
• Ensure correct workflow processes are in place and followed by reporting teams.

Optimization & Innovation

• Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated.
• Reduce manual data entry and identify cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–4 years' experience in an outsourcing company or similar large-scale workforce environment.
• Strong understanding of manpower operations with detailed knowledge of mobilization, recruitment, sales, human resources, and financial planning.
• UAE Driver's License.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent computer and reporting skills.
• Excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead sales initiatives and deliver complex manpower and managed solutions.
• Fluency in English.
