Role Overview

Account Manager, Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) at Bdx, located in Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia. The role covers the Western region with responsibility for the APM portfolio in Jeddah.

The combination of BD's advanced monitoring and existing infusion platforms enables future innovation opportunities for closed-loop hemodynamic monitoring and IV fluid and medication administration.

Role Purpose

Manage and develop accounts within a defined territory and account portfolio to drive business growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and achieve financial targets in line with the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Account Growth & Sales

  • Grow assigned portfolio share and achieve annual sales budget within designated accounts.
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities across various sectors within the assigned territory through direct orders and tenders.

Tender & Procurement Management

  • Manage NUPCO tenders and ensure successful enlistment of APM products.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in strategic accounts.
  • Engage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals.

Product Promotion & Awareness

  • Ensure appropriate promotion and product awareness among relevant healthcare professionals (HCPs) in a compliant and ethical manner.

Operations & Logistics

  • Address and resolve any issues that may impact timely delivery within the assigned area.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate product availability to hospitals through effective sales team coordination.

Channel & Service Development

  • Develop and optimize all sales channels, ensuring prompt responses to customer requests and market needs.

Compliance & Standards

  • Adhere to BD's professional, ethical, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in medical, paramedical, or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably within the medical devices industry.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with NUPCO tenders and product enlistment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven ability to manage relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
  • High commitment to ethical standards and responsiveness to customer and market demands.
  • Results-driven mindset with demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Primary work location: SAU Riyadh - Centria Office Building.
