Role Overview
Account Executive at Visioneers, based in Dubai, UAE. Full-time position reporting to the Agency Lead.
Role Purpose
The Account Executive is a core early hire responsible for building and managing client relationships, coordinating project delivery, and supporting business development during the agency's launch phase. The role will evolve as the team scales, transitioning from a generalist support position with significant business development responsibilities to a dedicated account management role focused on client growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Client Relationship Ownership
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead for assigned accounts.
- Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
- Lead client communications cadence including weekly status calls, updates, action logs, and approvals.
- Anticipate risks, resolve issues early, and manage escalations properly.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and recurring scope.
Planning, Execution Coordination & Delivery Oversight
- Translate briefs into clear work plans with deliverables, timelines, roles, and dependencies.
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure on-time, on-brand, and on-brief execution.
- Ensure all deliverables pass through QA and meet the Agency's standards before sharing.
- Maintain delivery documentation including timelines, decision logs, feedback cycles, and approvals.
- Coordinate vendors and freelancers when needed, including quotes, timelines, deliverables, and invoicing coordination.
Proposal Creation & Business Development Support
- Support early-stage growth by coordinating client discovery notes and requirements gathering.
- Develop capability decks, pitch materials, and case studies.
- Lead proposal writing covering scope, approach, timelines, and assumptions.
- Provide pricing inputs and packaging in coordination with leadership and finance.
- Track opportunities and next steps, maintaining pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and meeting notes.
- Prepare for pitches by developing agendas, preparing attendees, coordinating Q&A, and documenting post-meeting actions.
Account Growth & Commercial Support
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on performance, client needs, and new initiatives.
- Support renewals and scope expansions with clear justifications and expected outcomes.
- Ensure account profitability by monitoring scope creep and keeping work within agreed scope.
Process, Tools & Documentation
- Maintain account workspaces and documentation in agency tools such as Monday.com and Smart Sheets.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows and support onboarding of new team members into accounts.
- Maintain account documentation, reporting, and performance updates.
- Produce client status updates and weekly action trackers.
- Generate account plans on a monthly or quarterly basis per client.
- Create project timelines and delivery schedules.
- Develop client reporting dashboards and slide updates as required.
- Document meeting notes, decision logs, and track approvals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years in account management or client servicing roles.
- Agency background strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of campaign and project delivery across creative, content, digital, and production workflows.
- Experience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or Jira.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously without quality loss.

Additional Information
Role Evolution
The position will evolve through three phases as the agency grows. Phase 1 (Launch & Ramp-up): approximately 20% account coordination and delivery, 80% business development support and proposals. Phase 2 (Team in place): approximately 60% account management and delivery, 40% growth support. Phase 3 (Scaled): Fully dedicated Account Executive role with account portfolio ownership and growth targets.
Reporting & Collaboration
Reports to Agency Lead. Works closely with Strategy, Creative, Production, Performance/Digital, Project Management, Finance/Operations, and external partners and vendors.
