As Accommodation Supervisor, you ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the hotel while spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay exceptional for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Team Supervision
- Train, schedule, and oversee housekeeping team members to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms.
- Inspire team members through leadership and accountability.
Inspections & Quality Assurance
- Perform routine checks of checkout rooms to verify cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Conduct spot inspections of occupied rooms to ensure standards are met.
- Review service areas, storage, and corridors to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
Maintenance & Operations
- Report and promptly follow up on any maintenance issues or facility concerns.
- Manage inventory and equipment by maintaining stock levels and ensuring proper maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Special Projects & Guest Services
- Schedule and supervise periodic deep cleaning and special housekeeping initiatives.
- Ensure excellent service, including VIP and special guest requests.
