Role Purpose

Maintain and optimize HVAC and refrigeration systems across the resort to ensure consistent temperature control, guest comfort, and operational efficiency in all areas including guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and public spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Maintenance

• Conduct daily inspection of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Monitor refrigerant levels and check for leaks.
• Maintain temperature control in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office regarding guest complaints.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
• 2+ years of similar experience in hotel or resort maintenance.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of central AC systems and split units.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
