Role Purpose

The Brand Representative is truly engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment by ensuring they always remain approachable and warm, initiate conversations and connect with customers through genuine and articulate communication, and demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs.
• Initiate conversations and connect with customers by communicating in a genuine and articulate way.
• Ensure the customer is always the first priority.
• Demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.

Store Presentation

• Maintain store presentation and sales floor standards.
• Ensure the store environment remains welcoming and well-maintained.

Communication

• Communicate in a genuine and articulate way with customers.

Asset Protection

• Contribute to asset protection and shrink prevention.

Policies and Procedures

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
