Role Purpose

Bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and creating a welcoming environment for all. This role connects with customers, assists them in finding what they need, and maintains a well-presented store environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Anticipate customer needs and initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way.
• Offer product support and styling guidance across categories.

Sales Floor Maintenance

• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Fold, hang, and size merchandise to ensure presentation standards are met.

Cash Wrap Operations

• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Ensure a friendly and positive checkout experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Emirati national.
• Minimum 1 year experience with Customer Service.
• Fluency in English.
