Role Overview

Site Concierge for IFS – TFM Services at Mesk & Crystal Residences, located in N B-1. This role is with Transguard Group.

Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive concierge services to residents and visitors at the residential properties, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a welcoming environment across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Guest & Visitor Services

• Greet and assist residents and visitors professionally upon arrival
• Monitor and manage visitor access to the premises
• Provide information about building facilities, services, and local amenities

Building Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas
• Report maintenance issues or facilities problems to appropriate teams
• Ensure the site remains secure and well-maintained

Administrative Support

• Handle inquiries and requests from residents
• Maintain logbooks and records of daily activities
• Coordinate with building management on operational matters

Qualifications & Experience

• Customer service experience in hospitality or residential settings preferred
• Proven ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people
