Role Overview

3PL Transportation HC Al Baha Fleet Supervisor at Tamer Group. This role manages day-to-day transportation, warehousing, and supply chain tasks while supervising operational teams to ensure efficient and compliant delivery and distribution.

Role Purpose

To oversee routine operational tasks, manage and supervise teams, and maintain compliance with health, safety, environment, and organizational standards across the Al Baha fleet operation.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Supervision

• Oversee routine operational tasks across the fleet and warehouse.
• Manage and schedule team work according to operational needs.
• Approve overtime requests.
• Set performance objectives and monitor team performance.
• Direct team operations to drive results.

Distribution & Warehousing

• Direct incoming and outgoing goods delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities.
• Manage inventory control across site locations.

Compliance & Safety

• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environment (HSE) policies.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and relevant regulatory codes.

Relationship Management

• Assist senior colleagues with managing client and customer relationships.
