Role Overview
3PL Healthcare Coordinator at Tamer Group.
Role Purpose
Coordinate third-party logistics operations and healthcare supply chain activities to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely delivery of healthcare products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
- Manage day-to-day coordination between healthcare facilities, 3PL providers, and internal teams.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and product integrity.
- Process orders and manage inventory levels across distribution points.
- Coordinate warehouse operations and logistics workflows.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure all healthcare logistics activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audit and traceability purposes.
- Verify product quality and condition upon receipt and delivery.
Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with healthcare clients, 3PL partners, and internal departments to resolve issues and answer inquiries.
- Provide status updates and reports on shipments and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers and freight carriers as needed.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Suggest enhancements to existing procedures and processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or healthcare operations preferred.
- Familiarity with third-party logistics environments.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with logistics management systems and warehouse software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
