Role Overview

2027 Commercial & Investment Bank - Global Investment Banking Analyst Program - Off-Cycle Internship, Dubai. JPMorgan Chase. Six-month internship program running January–June or July–September.

Role Purpose

Develop foundational skills in global investment banking by working alongside senior professionals on client transactions, financial analysis, and advisory mandates across mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Transaction Management

• Analyse market data and build detailed financial models for mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and capital markets advisory.
• Prepare client presentations for investment banking transactions.
• Manage client transactions from pitch to close under the guidance of senior leaders.

Problem-Solving & Innovation

• Develop innovative and creative solutions to complex, real-world business challenges.
• Learn how JPMorgan Chase helps clients and communities grow according to their needs.

Professional Development

• Sharpen technical skills through comprehensive training and mentoring from senior leaders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Expected graduation date between January 2025 and December 2027. If you plan to pursue further education beyond your undergraduate studies, this must be accurately reflected in your application.
• On-track for a United Kingdom 2:1 Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in your undergraduate studies is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and interpretative skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluency in English.
• Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative work environment.
