Role Purpose

To inspire and educate students by delivering engaging, standards-aligned lessons that promote active learning, foster safe and inclusive classroom environments, meet diverse learning needs, and collaborate with families and staff to support each student's academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Instruction & Curriculum Delivery

• Prepare and deliver inspiring educational lessons that promote active learning and align with curriculum standards.

Assessment & Progress Monitoring

• Evaluate and document student progress academically and personally through tests, assignments, and observations.

Classroom Environment & Support

• Establish a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Address diverse learning needs through individual guidance, additional support, and resources to ensure all students succeed.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with parents, colleagues, and administration to share student progress, address challenges, and support holistic development.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in the required subject area.
• Valid professional teaching license.
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience.
• Advanced professional qualifications in education such as NPQ preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Mastery of subject content.
• Core teaching skills.
• Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding standards.
