Role Overview
Operations Lead for Al Halal Al Tayyib School Nutrition Program at Al Eisairy Global Group, based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. This is a foundational three-month assignment leading to a permanent leadership role.
Company Overview
Al Eisairy Global Group is an Omani institution operating since 2006 in child development and education, with schools and branches in Muscat. Al Halal Al Tayyib is its school nutrition division—a healthy nutrition brand featuring characters children love. Prior to pandemic suspension, it delivered approximately three thousand meals daily. The program is relaunching this year with a new model: the company owns the recipe, standards, and brand; licensed partner organizations produce the meals.
Role Purpose
Lead the operational restart of the school nutrition program from day one, ensuring healthy branded meals reach hundreds of children every morning on schedule and to quality standards. The foundation is in place: an established brand known to school families, a nutritionally approved meal menu, a written operational plan, schools within the group as anchor clients, and direct support from the Board Chair.
