مدير تشغيل وتطوير الأعمال — الحلال الطيب
Burjline Builders
وصف الوظيفة
Role Overview
Operations and Business Development Manager at Al Halal Al Tayyib, a subsidiary of Burjline Builders, based in Muscat. This is a full-time, on-site founding leadership role with an initial three-month establishment phase, leading to permanent company leadership.
Company Overview
Al Halal Al Tayyib is an Omani healthy school nutrition brand, part of the Al Eisari Group, which has built child-focused experiences since 2006. The brand previously delivered approximately 3,000 meals daily to schoolchildren before the pandemic. It is relaunching under a new model: building a network of licensed production partners while leveraging existing recipes, standards, brand recognition, the Al Eisari Group schools as an anchor customer, approved meal plans, and a scalable operational framework.
Role Purpose
Build a functional company during the first 90 days, transforming a business model into operational reality, then lead the established company on a permanent basis. Success is measured not by revenue alone, but by creating diversified revenue streams, a profitable model, a trusted brand, strict nutritional quality, and sustainable impact.

Qualifications & Experience
- Practical experience in food, catering, restaurants, procurement, operations, or closely related experience that demonstrates ability to build and operate a similar project.

Additional Notes
This is not a consulting assignment ending after three months. The 90-day establishment phase is foundational; permanent leadership follows upon meeting operational readiness targets. The role requires a builder and leader seeking to create a company that carries their leadership mark, not simply a new job title. Al Halal Al Tayyib seeks a leader who sees in every decision an opportunity to improve child health, raise food quality, develop suppliers, create community value, and embed human impact into commercial growth, living the five values of wellness before leading them in others: Better human · Better food · Better institution · Greater impact.
