Role Overview

Hair Styling Expert – Dyson Boutique at Red Sea Mall, reporting to the Store Manager at Chalhoub Group.

Role Purpose

Deliver outstanding retail experiences that fascinate shoppers through the presentation and demonstration of Dyson hair technology and styling services, while educating customers about hair science. Support owners in getting the best out of their Dyson technology by managing appointment bookings and styling sessions within a premium, entrepreneurial retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Styling & Customer Service

• Deliver the balance between sales and service.
• Blow-dry and style sections of customer hair.
• Provide guidance on hair care techniques and supporting items.
• Be confident in giving in-depth bespoke consultations for every customer's styling questions.
• Adapt your style to the needs of every customer.
• Support owners in getting the best out of their Dyson technology.

Retail Operations & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure a high standard of visual merchandising in your area.
• Be prepared to do anything and everything required to run the business and provide the best customer experience.
• Manage appointment booking and styling sessions.

Brand Advocacy

• Be the brand guardian, ensuring you know what needs to be done and how to do it in the Dyson way.

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified stylist with experience within the blow-dry sector.
• Valid Municipality Health Card is mandatory.
• Previous experience working with or in a premium beauty brand.
• Previous experience in a promotional marketing and sales background.

Skills & Competencies

• Fluent in English and local market languages.
• Great customer-facing and sales skills.
• Track record for creating innovative solutions that solve problems and challenge convention.
• Ability to hit targets.
