Key Responsibilities

Guest Services & Operations

• Deliver exceptional guest service experiences
• Collaborate within teams to create memorable experiences for visitors

Food & Beverage Operations

• Support food and beverage service delivery across venues in roles including Barista, Waiter, Commis, and other F&B positions

Attractions & Ride Operations

• Manage attractions and ride operations to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

Cinema Operations

• Support cinema operations and guest experiences

Retail & Cashier Operations

• Execute retail and point-of-sale cashier functions

Technical & Maintenance

• Provide technical and maintenance support across facilities

Information Technology

• Support IT infrastructure and systems

Finance

• Contribute to finance operations and functions

Food Safety

• Support food safety compliance and standards

Other Operations & Support

• Execute other operations and support roles as needed

Qualifications & Experience

• Experienced professionals with established career background
• Fresh graduates ready to begin their professional journey
• Any relevant experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail, food and beverage, technical, IT, finance, or operations sectors
